Nice thank you/reference

Jay recently re-shingled a home in north Fargo for Mr. James Kaplan.  Along with his payment for the work, James sent this nice note…

 Dear Mr. Dietz,

        Enclosed is a check for $XXXX in payment for the recent roof work on my house.  Thanks for a fine job.  Feel free to use me as a reference.

Thanks James…we sure will. 

Jay usually gets great feedback, and the home-owners are happy to give him the payment before he leaves the job site.  (Which we love.) Since Mr. Kaplan was waiting for his insurance money, we just told him to mail it when it came in.  It’s always fun to get this kind of mail.
